Intemed operates recruitment and clinical personnel registration processes in support of its workforce and service delivery activities.Where you submit information to us as a clinician, healthcare professional, or other member of clinical personnel, we may process your personal data for:recruitment and workforce screening;assessment of professional suitability;verification of registration and related credentials;credentialling and compliance review;safeguarding and pre-engagement checks;matching, mobilisation, or progression for potential engagement or placement;ongoing governance, audit, and record management connected to those activities.For this workflow, Intemed Ltd acts as the data controller.We currently use Jotform as a processor in connection with certain registration and recruitment workflows. Jotform processes data on our behalf under contractual data protection terms.
